This woman was the most unprofessional, confrontational, uneducated person I have ever dealt with. Even a first year student knows that you do not ever question a doctor's diagnosis in front of a patient especially an ALZHEIMERS patient. You do not EVER speak to the family like they're less than you and you DO NOT ask a confused patient what they are confused about. How in the world is someone who is confused supposed to answer that question? DO NOT give the family attitude when they're trying to help you understand that YOU DO NOT LIVE WITH THE PATIENT AND I DON'T HAVE TO GIVE YOU EXAMPLES OF ANYTHING THAT THE DOCTOR HAS ALREASY ASSESSED AND DIAGNOSED. YOU DO NOT INTERRUPT AND YOU DO NOT COME BETWEEN A FAMILY AND TRY TO STIR UP PROBLEMS FOR YOUR OWN ENTERTAINMENT. I HAVE ONE UNCLE. YOU'VE SEEN HIM (WHEN YOU ACTUALLY SHOW UP) 1 TIME A WEEK FOR 1 YEAR. I HAVE KNOWN HIM SINCE I WAS BORN. I THINK WE KNOW HIM BETTER THAN YOU. And by the way , the urine test (second one we had done to shut you up) came back perfect. So glad we went with another company. Terrible "nursing".
