Two stars only for the doctors der but the staff is so arrogant especially the office manager rose . They ignore ur request for bills/ledger inspite of regular reminders. No transparency on payments. If u do the payments on regular basis and have credits with them just forget that u will ever get ur money back (once ur insurance clears the claim offcourse) they need a lot of reminders for any silly things.

We love Dr. Huggins and her whole staff! They are always able to put my daughter at ease no matter what is going on. They are also very happy to listen to all of the concerns that I have as a parent and are extremely helpful. It is hard every once in a while to get an appointment with them but they are always happy to help you over the phone too.

Dr. Huggins is a wonderful pediatrician and both of my children love her. She does an excellent job of scheduling so that we never have to wait long to see her. If we need help not during an appointment we always speak with the nurse - generally without having to wait for a call back. The staff is very professional and friendly.

She is single and does not have children of her own and I think this is why she could not relate well to my child. She did not seem to be knowledgable about health issues with my child, but she did have book knowledge when it came to letting me know the mental and physical growth and progress of my child.
