As a patient, Called his office 4 times to speak with office concerning medication reactions, 30 minutes before closing, calls directed to answering service, each time 5-6 minute wait, answering service would not attempt to reach the office, asked to have office return call, no call returned.

As a patient, called his office 4 times waiting 5-6 minutes each call, 30 minutes before closing concerning reaction to medication, all calls were directed to answering service, explained needed to discuss with doctor office reaction to medication, the answering service gave me the phone number I repeatedly call, and would attempt to reach the office, no one returned my call, after 16 hours I called my primary physician. Will find another doctor.

The staff is amazing there and the doctor is very knowledgeable and through with everything and go out of his way to help u with all issues he has a amazing bed side mannor his staff is so cooperative and helps with everything

He found what no one else did and fixed my mom with 1 medicine I have the utmost respect for Dr Ferraraccio for saving my mom. He explained everything to where we could easily understand and even several years later when we moved away was willing to speak to er staff and let them know what we were dealing with. He didn’t have to but was willing.

Hard to get into, but very much worth it. I've been dealing with issues for months, seen multiple Dr.s and he was great. With in 24hrs I had a diagnosis and a plan. You can tell he cares and he knows what he is doing. And to me those are the two most important things in a Dr.
