James Randle's Online Review Report Card

I really like him he does great work and after care however it was a wreck that sent me to surgery broke my back in 3 places I'm a single mom of 1 15 yr old daughter and we have no family here and live outside city limits and I missed my appointment on 2nd follow up 1 wk ago and rescheduled for 2 days later and they did not show up to take me 1st time car wouldn't crank because I at no choice of my own or fault missed 2 in a row they frowned upon me and said since I missed 2 I a row and woth holiday they were pushing my appointment out till January 5th and would not refill my medications this is my 2nd week with no relief at all I'm so miserable me and my daughter did NOT EVEN DO CHRISTMAS and I still have another week to go I think I'm GOIG TO HAVE TO GO TO THE ER I CANT TAKE THIS FOR ANOTHER 7 DAYS ...

My mother suffered a stroke and Dr Randle required two surgeries in a matter of days to properly address the bleeding. Communication was non existent. Andrew the “PA” came in and spoke with me the day she was transported out. I asked about the spinal fluid leak and was told she has a major surgery coming up, installing the brain flap back in. Since her move to rehab. They have not communicated with her or the facility. I called and left a detailed message to after hours operator last Friday to get appt together for Monday. Due to her being discharged on the upcoming Tuesday. No contact back. I called the following Monday and spoke again with Andrew. Disgraceful how he performs. Lies about everyone. Crazy. He was going to call us back later that day. Nope. That didn’t happen. So I stopped by their clinic on Thursday and again left detailed message for us to be contacted and brought up to speed. We will see Thursday how they correct their mistakes.

Dr randal talked to me in terms i could understand. He was a wonderful surgeon and Andy has been a blessing through all of this along with his office staff"rebecca" is the best and most helpful. I was scared to have back surgery and I could not ask for a better team. I would totally let dr randal do surgery on me again.

I would highly recommend Dr. J. Michael Randle. He is caring and very efficient in all aspects. My surgery was a perfect success and now I have the quality of life I need. His office staff were very nice and so easy to work with. I have recommended Dr. Randle to so many of my friends and family. Why go to Houston, Tyler or anywhere else when you have an awesome Neurosurgeon right in Nacogdoches, Texas. He is the Best!! Office is clean and very well decorated.

My daughter was seen by Dr. Randle, I found him to be very caring and took care of our problem quickly. The office staff was also excellent from start to finish . I have recommended him since, it’s a decision

All I want to say is how awesome Dr. Randle is!!! He cares about his patients. He was very kind and listened to every word I said. Truly a caring man. His office staff also deserves a shout out. Such a pleasant, clean and inviting setting for a Neurosurgeons office. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Randle .

Have never been to a medical office that was so professional ! Dr. Randle is an awesome Neurosurgeon that cares and listens. His office staff from the receptionist to the nurse and the PAC were all the best. The office is one of a kind but so much more. Had a truly wonderful experience with my surgery and could not have ask for anything more. Amazing!!!

He did cervical surgery on my friend and left him with incontinence and a partially paralyzed right arm. 60 days since surgery.

Great doctor and great staff

I would like to let everyone know about this crook. He is one of the most arrogant, holier than thou, thinks he knows all and you are stupid for asking him a question. Well he did 3 back surgeries on my mother. He almost killed her. He botched her back up so much, no one else would take her as a patient. He put 2 different kinds of hardware in her back.
