I have suffered with dizziness, staggering, falling, shaking hands, memory issues and confusion for more than 2 years. It has Severely affected my quality of life. Finally give in and get an appointment with Dr. Scamardo. Once get in he checks my reflexes, stand with my eyes closed, touch my nose and walk. Then tells me my only problem is I'm fat. No tests, no help. I have since fallen again due to " being fat". No way would I recommend anyone to this "Doctor "

I have been going to Dr. Scamardo for years! He finally found the combination for relief to my migraines and my cluster headaches! He is a God send! His staff has always been so kind and sweet. They will work with the insurance until it works out! They have compassion for your pain. I have recommended him many times and highly recommend him now.He also helped me with the numbness and nerve pain in both my arms years ago when he tested me for carpal tunnel!My 15 yr old son sees Dr Scamardo, as well, as myself. I saw compassion and urgency in his eyes on that first visit while trying to figure out my son’s problem. I cannot thank him enough for “fixing” my son up!

Terrible. Within 12 days of bringing a perfectly healthy person to him, she was dead under his care. I wish I had never taken her to him. She would still be alive.

Disappointed, the doctor is no longer taking patients

Great staff wonderful Dr. He takes his time and listens to the patient.

Staff seems rude. I called just to inquire about services, was immediately told he doesnt treat back pain before I could even give them any information!

Great service finally talked to someone

The office staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Scamardo is absolutely wonderful with my daughter who falls under the ASD umbrella.He is very understanding of her personal space issues and of her dislike of being touched.He's firm and direct with my daughter to complete the physical examination. She ffrllHe answers all of her questions patiently no matter how many times she repeats the question.In the 2½ years she's been his patient, her seizures have decreased from multiple drop attack seizures DAILY to seizure free for 22 months. I have also been very impressed by the coordination and continuity of care between Dr. Scarmado's office and our PCP.I recommend Dr. Scarmado to anyone looking for a neurologist skilled at working with special needs adults and children.

We have only been using Dr. Scamardo since February but have visited with him on five occasions. As most people are, I am sometimes fearful of a new physician and how our personalities will work together. He has been so patient, answering any questions I have regardless of how "stupid" they might be, without making me feel "stupid".. My husband and I have been impressed with his knowledge and gentle spirit. His staff is very efficient, friendly and returns calls as needed, I also love the fact that he is a Christian man and it is obvious when you walk into his office. We often think we need to TRAVEL to find a good specialist but I truly believe we have found a great one locally.

My last visit I was left on a cold table for almost an hour with nothing but a paper gown on. When the Doctor finely came in he did not seem concerned so I got up and told him I needed a new Doctor and dressed and left.
