I've had RA since 2004, Dr Garcia is my 3rd RA doctor, because we have moved from DallaS and Tyler to Naco. This doctor is the best doctor I have ever had, in any field. He is so kind, attentative, and knowledgeable. He explains things and give you alternatives to chose from while telling you what's really best option. I'm 83 so I've had lots of time to evaluate my care.

I’ve had Dr Garcia as my RA doctor since he started here in Nacogdoches. He is just wonderful. Spends time with you explaining everything and all about you medication options.

Very detail oriented. Explains everything as he goes.Makes sure your questions are answered and the patients are well cared for.

Has so much patience and answers questions where you completely understand what is going on! So very kind and understanding! Staff is amazing!!!

While trying to write this review, I keep erasing because I feel my words are not worthy enough for Dr. Garcia. I switched to Dr. Garcia after going to a arthritis center where I was just a number. The office center at my first rheumatologist was gorgeous, but that meant nothing to me when my treatment was lacking. I saw the rheumatologist for five minutes during my first appointment and then had 6 follow-up appointments with various nurse practitioners (don't get my wrong, I LOVE np's) but it was like starting over with each visit and my psoriatic arthritis was progressing while becoming severely ill from the meds. I switched to Dr. Garcia, and from the first phone call with his sweet receptionist to the kindness from his nurses, my anxiety about my new, scary psoriatic arthritis diagnosis was eased. He literally stayed in the room for 45 minutes asking as much background information as possible. I know this is a long review, but Dr. Garcia and his staff have helped me cope with my new life with PA. Dr. Garcia is a model of how all doctor's should approach healthcare. I have seen other Rhuematoid arthritis Dr and have never seen anyone equal to the care and compassion I feel with this doctor and his staff.

Dr. Garcia has truly helped me improve my quality of life! His Physician, Maria Jenkins has been just as thorough, holistic, patient, kind, and best of all, knowledgeable, as Dr. Garcia. She was willing to spend time with me to discuss a plethora of issues that impact my rheumatological condition and therefore my overall health. She suggested some changes and even though I was in agreement, she insisted we wait to have Dr. Garcia review my case and her recommendations, just to be sure we were choosing the best path. She quickly did just that, and contacted me personally via phone to discuss with me what she & Dr. Garcia collectively determined was the best treatment for my well-being. I love these medical professionals! I don't love Tenet, their network, but until Tenet forces them to be more like other providers in this area, who seem to care more about quantity of patients versus the quality of care they receive, I will sing their praises and recommend others seek their expertise. Keep up the excellent work Nacogdoches Rheumatology and don't let Tenet ruin one of the very best medical practices in Nacogdoches county!
