Berkley Eye Clear Lake has always been a welcome place to have my eye appointments . . The staff and doctors are always good and make the appointment go smoothly . I would recommend this location to family and friends

I did originally write a negative review, however, recently my daughter broke he glasses and David was so much help. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get a replacement pair for her and how nice he was.

Front the moment you walk in you are greeted with a friendly smile. The lady who took me back was friendly and hilarious Samone answered all my questions. Lydia in optical was great I couldn’t decide on what glasses I wanted so we got all the ladies involved. Even the manager came out to help. Great team great office will definitely be returning for some shades.

First time in a decade I was serviced the same day I requested an appointment. Thank you for seeing me within hours and not sending me to a gaud forsaken emergency center.

It took three different staff members to get my tests done and I only was around the actual doctor for five min. Then every time I go they make me pay to be fitted for Contacts even though I’m 33 and have worn them since 12. Tje glasses frames are Over priced and I just would not recommend them

Several months ago I called for my annual eye exam. Was left on hold for over 25 min while I drove up there; walked in and found the front desk scheduler playing on cell phone. She blamed a co-worker. Although I'm a patient there, she insisted I needed a referral. I have since called numerous times and can NEVER get a live person. Callers are forced to leave a message and they NEVER return calls. Will get recorded transferred to reputable eye ctr.
