From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The treatment itself was so relaxing, and I left with my skin naturally glowing (even without any products)! My face feels smoother, brighter, and healthier than it has in a long time. What truly set this place apart was the personalized experience. They took the time to create a customized skincare regimen just for me, based on my skin type and goals. I felt truly cared for, not just like another appointment on the schedule. If you’re looking for a place that delivers real results with top-notch service, I highly recommend Alchemy Aesthetics Co. Amazing experience and customer service

This experience has been one of the BEST. I came in with skin/acne issues and lost confidence - hiding behind makeup feeling at my worst. The treatment plan I have been placed on and following the regiment to the tea has done, extreme wonders to my skin and face overall. Through the treatment plan, we have implement it other products and taken away some, but also added additional face treatments as in micro channeling that has improved my acne challenges on a 360. I am at the point that I don’t feel I need to hide behind make up like I used to and I am starting to wear less and less makeup as treatment goes on. The other great thing is when you think you can’t afford it there are payment plan options That are available to help alleviate the cost so you can then put yourself first to gain confidence back and have the best skin possible within an extraordinary group of ladies. These ladies care about not only you as an individual but as a client and the struggles that you may be facing. They want to get to the root of the issues with your skin, so you can flourish, glow and shine so bright! I’m so THANKFUL FOE THIS TEAM! 🤍

I absolutely loved my Glotox appointment with Alyssa! The gals at Alchemy are the sweetest and so kind! The space felt welcoming, clean, and calming. Alyssa was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to my goals. She explained everything so clearly and made me feel completely at ease. The Glotox treatment was quick and comfortable, and I’m already seeing such natural, beautiful results — exactly what I was hoping for! It was my first time having daxxify and I am HOOKED. Since moving to New Braunfels I have had a very hard time finding a medspa that meets all my wants and needs. I can confidently say each appointment I have had at Alchemy my experience has always been exceptional from beginning to end. Lisa, the owner, truly stands out! She combines professionalism with a warm and inviting personality, making you feel more like a friend than just another client. The front desk is very tentative and easy to work with. Alyssa, who performed my Botox and filler treatment, is incredibly knowledgeable and ensures that you are comfortable with every step of the process. Her attention to detail and patient approach made all the difference. Two weeks ago I also had a session with Brenna for microchanneling. From the moment I expressed interest in a treatment for acne scars and signs of aging, she guided me to the most suitable option. While microchanneling may not be the traditional relaxing "spa" treatment, I genuinely enjoyed the treatment. Brenna is a natural in her field, skillfully guiding me through each stage and ensuring my comfort throughout. After the treatment, she made sure I fully understood the aftercare and scheduled my two-week follow-up to maximize results. If you’re considering any treatments, I highly recommend Alchemy Medspa. You’ll be in excellent hands!

Came here with questions about red-light therapy. Lindsey was so incredibly helpful, made me feel comfortable, and guided me with making my decision. It lead me to purchasing the Omnilux Clear Red-light mask. A big purchase! Thank you so much Lindsey! Now I also know where to come for my next treatment... I had not heard of Alchemy Aesthetics before! The retail store here is incredible with all the skincare products I regularly use and more.

First time here/getting a facial and it was a great experience. I had the dermaglow facial done with Lindsey and I couldn’t be more pleased. She was so sweet and very thorough, plus the space was super cute and relaxing. I’m already looking forward to more services here!
