Brien Wofford's Online Review Report Card

I saw Dr. Wofford for a few months. He is wonderland caring, however I think his staff is too busy. I’m on medication that I need to call the office to get a refill every month. It would take numerous calls to get my prescription sent in to the pharmacy. My daughter also sees him, by my recommendation. The lost two samples that were supposed to be sent in for testing and when her results from another test came back, rather than calling her with the results she was told that she wound need to come in or do a virtual visit. Nobody ever called to let her know that her results were in. It’s a shame that I felt it necessary to post this review because my initial review was five star.

Ashley at Dr Wofford’s office was phenomenal! She made every attempt to get me an immediate appointment due to my infection. After seeing my discomfort, she got me in ASAP. The professionalism and service was outstanding. I am extremely grateful to this professional office staff member and the entire staff! Thank you! Mike Thomas

I have been seeing Dr. Wofford for years. He and his staff are kind and caring and always go the extra mile. He is truly a great doctor and takes time with each of his patients. Highly recommend.

I love this office. Dr. Wofford and his staff actually listen to you.

I wanted to add an update to this review and if I could take away even more start I would, but unfortunately you can't give negative stars.I want to start by saying that I am a professional Customer Success Manager. In this role, you are an advocate for your clients and empathy is A MUST! That being said:On Friday 8/13 I attempted to contact Lauren. as SHE had requested. I was not aware that she does not work at the specific PAK location I attended and was informed such when calling Dr. Wofford's office. However, I was informed that could contact her and have her return my call.Then on Tuesday 8/17, I received a text from Dr. Woffords office that my records were available for pickup. I thanked them and also informed them that I was still waiting on that call back from Lauren. Later that afternoon after still no word, I decided to attempt to reach her again. However, this time I called the number she specially provided. The woman that answered the phone absolutely GRILLED me with why I was calling and that there were more than one Lauren. Well, since Lauren never mentioned this, I was unsure which one. So I explained the reason for my call and after approximately a 15 min hold, I was finally put through. This is where things get even better!The first question I asked Lauren was did she get my messages? Now, I know no matter her answer it would not be a good one. Either she got them and ignored me, or she never got them which further proves PAK's incompetency! Well, she said she had received them, thus choosing to ignore me.With no explanation to why, she just immediately jumped into what I felt was wrong. In an effort to make this as short as possible (I know, I am already failing) my reasons for my issues at this point don't need to be rehashed. What IS important, Lauren indicated that she spoke with Dr. Wofford regarding my matters and he said he only met me once and doesn't honestly remember me. I tried to explain to Lauren that THAT RIGHT THERE was my problem! I had actually met with Dr Wofford on at least 3 or 4 occasions. So, not only is he a LIAR, it's obvious he doesn't KNOW his patients! Not sure about anyone else, but I know I sure want my primary Dr to KNOW who I am. Laruen then went on to explain that since it wasn't Dr. Wofford that originally diagnosed me with my spinal stenosis, his comments were he would rather have his own tests and diagnosis done. Well Lauren, if he did meet with me and saw this diagnosis in my chart even if it were only once, why wouldn't he want to ask me about that and do said diagnosis? Lauren had ZERO response! It was at this point that I realized Lauren had made it ABUNDUNTLY CLEAR, she has NO EMPATHY or rationale and that the conversation was obviously going nowhere. So, I decided to end the conversation and all she had to say was she was sorry that I felt the way I do. No apology for my experiences, no apology for their incompetence NOTHING!If you value your health, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE< do yourself a favor and STAY FAR FAR away from this place!!!

I have an auto immune disorder and have been searching for the perfect dr since I moved to Texas three years ago… it’s been a very long journey but I FOUND HIM! Dr Wofford is incredible. He’s extremely caring and helpful with EVERYTHING! And his nurse Crystal his one of the best people on this planet!!! I bring toddlers with me to all of my visits and she is so helpful. I adore her and am incredibly grateful that I have found this office!!! Thank you!

Our kids have been at Dr Wofford's office since 2017. Their last appointment was on May 6th and they needed physicals for school sports over the summer for two different types of camp a total of three different forms needed to be fill out at one time and they had no problem we took care of it all in one shot and it was awesome got in the appointment quick easy love the friendliness from the doctor and the employees.

Overall dr Wofford is a great doctor, but the office always seems to be at least 30 minutes behind schedule.

Been with him since 2005. Have had the best care having him as my dr. Won’t change to anyone else.

Dr Wofford is a fantastic dr. Been seeing him for over 14 yrs now and I won’t go anywhere else. And he works with my pain dr to make sure I get the correct meds.
