Es increíble la falta de respeto hacia sus paciente hace dos meses tenía una cita la cual me la cancelaron , el día antes ,por problemas internos , me dieron otra cita a los 2 meses , y me vuelven a cancelar el día antes por el mismo problema , no entiendo el porque tienen que llamar el día antes , si ya saben que tienen problemas con el personal ? juegan con el tiempo y la salud de sus pacientes , porque si hago una cita es porque la necesito , no porque quiera estar trajinada de un día a otro , uno se planifica su tiempo para que jueguen con el , me dan 2 opciones ir a una cita con otro doctor en otro centro o espera hasta agosto para atenderme con la doctora , lo que son es una falta de respeto …. En fin el peor de los servicios

Absolutely terrible org who was hacked for months and never addressed their clients and lost all of their life saving referrals.

Called ahead to schedule an appointment they said their systems were down but they were accepting walk ins once I get down there I’m informed that they don’t take walk ins would’ve just been easier to say that in the first place so I didn’t drive all the way down.

I called the 5700 number and got an answer immediately and was provided the information to be able to be seen immediately. The lady provided times locations address and phone numbers. And was completely helpful in a stressful situation! Maybe it’s how people speak to others is how they speak back to you! I read the reviews! Don’t be rude and there will be no reason for ppl to be rude to you !

NP Janet Moreno is the best. She always goes above and beyond to accommodate my special needs son, and our whole family. She never rushes the appointment and takes time to listen and explain things. She is amazing and the practice needs more people like her. She is the reason we stay with centeo med!

I have been in health care for over 30 years and i have never seen an utter incompent and unprofessional front desk staff,while waiting i saw the staff arguing with 2 clients Then told me i needed a new appt as i was late after i called the day before to confirm my appt time and also have 2 voicemails on my phone to confirm yhe appt time

I saw Sarah Lutka, FNP-C extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she listened to my issues and provided great feedback and service regarding medications, testing and follow-up care

Horrible service. I made an appointment over a month ago. The office called me to tell me that the appointment was set up incorrectly. They called me today the day of the appointment. I tried calling several times and the wait time was 60 minutes. When I got to the office they told me we could not be seen because we were new patients. I explained to the lady that I had set up the appointment over a month ago. I wanted to know why someone called me the same day. The lady I the front was very rude and so was her supervisor. Do not go to this medical office. They never apologized. This office does not know the meaning of customer service.

I love the staff and Dr. Sarah Lutka. Knowledgable and absolutely professional. They were so attentive and cared for my well being. I would Highly and Definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your kindness and courtesy.💜
