Place deserves zero stars. I guess certain places don't go off of a patients health issue(s) they just look at you and determine if you're sick or not by sight alone. Daughter went here for care today, Wed, May 28th, 2025. Couldn't sleep because she couldn't breathe, tonsils were swollen and red with moderate throat pain. Checked her out, did the COVID test and said it's a common cold and symptoms would pass ...... Since when does a common cold come with symptoms like strep throat? No antibiotics, no nothing, just thanks for your time and co-pay see ya later. Don't go here, listen to the other bad reviews, plenty of other clinics to go to.

My husband's insurance accepts this place. Hours posted online and on their doors are wrong. We arrived only for the disinterested angry looking female to come to the locked doors to point out a typed paper taped to the inside of the locked door that said they'd open at 1pm.

If you’re in need of any sort of medical treatment literally just don't go here. It’s by my house and takes my insurance so I’ve made the mistake of going here first a few times because I forget how terrible it is. I’ve never had a worse experience in any medical facility and been treated more dismissively. There’s so many other urgent cares in the area to waste your time visiting this one.

I agree with the bad reviews here. It's sad to be in need of medical assistance, and getting a provider who ignores your main pain point. Misdiagnosed and hence in a worse condition. I do not recommend this place - it was a waste of money and precious time!

the wait time was pretty long but front staff was nice but when finally saw not sure if it was a PA or who she was did not listen to what I had to say and instead decided how I felt and didnt really answer any of my questions, and when I asked her something she just looked at me quietly for a while until I just said ok then i'll do what I have to, I will not be returning back
