I did the rest 10 week program with food 4 success and I really enjoyed it . I learned a ton of new information . I enjoyed being able to watch all the modules when I had the free time during the week . We also had weekly coaching calls which was nice to ask any question you had or even to just share frustrations with peers and to hear other people’s questions or concerns . I like the way it was not set up as a strict diet where you only focus on all the foods you need to get rid of . It was more about teaching good healthy nutrition and teaching balance .

Elissa and her staff really know their stuff. I found her to be very helpful and very passionate about what she does. With her guidance, I've learned how to eat better and become a healthier version of myself. It's not a diet she teaches you, but an overhaul in your lifestyle habits and the way you view food and nutrition. She has changed my entire outlook and I couldn't be more grateful! Elissa puts so much effort into what she does. She has a true passion for helping her clients achieve their goals. I thought my goal was to lose 15 pounds (and I did achieve that within just 3 months), but I continued with Elissa and gained much more. I learned how to eat to nourish myself, how to teach my kids to do the same, and how to set health goals and meet them. It takes a big mindset shift to get results like I did. Elissa designs her programs and coaching to walk with you through that change of thinking, and she is a pro at helping you confront the challenges that come up. I am so glad I paid the money and invested my energy in Elissa’s program instead of a diet or weight loss program. What she has taught me will last.

These people called me from an apparent referral from my doctor, saying that they needed to have my email and credit card information before they would contact my insurance or set an appointment. Total scam.

Food 4 Success,LLC has been a God send to me. Using their techniques and suggestions I am finally understanding what to focus on and what to avoid. In the 2 months I have been going and reading about nutrition the results speak for themselves. At last I am loosing about 2 to 3 pounds a week. This is not a diet, it is a new way of living.
