My first time seeing Dr Purser for a small annoying mole . He dried froze it in a quickly manner. I will now request him for my future appts. THANK YOU young man!!!

I definitely recommend Hill Country Dermatology. From the front office check-in to the final payout, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. My visit on June 18, 2025 was with Dr. Purser. Dr. Purser was very nice, very professional and very thorough. He addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. I have been treated by all three physicians at Hill Country Dermatology and would recommend any of them if you are looking for a dermatologist.

Hill Country Dermatology is a place where Doctor, & Staff truly care for their patients. Friendly Receptionist welcomed & greeted me as if she knew me. (As did the Nurse who led me to the room where Doctor would see me. She treated me as if I was a very special patient). Then, Dr. Purser entered the room, introduced himself, & he listened intently to all my concerns. He didn't try to rush me out the door, he examined the areas of my concerns thoroughly. God bless everyone at Hill Country Dermatology!
