Dr. Rocha and her staff were incredibly kind and thorough. She takes her time with her patients and I appreciate that. The office is very clean and fresh. The Hillside clinics are also up to date with the lastest technology. A++++

I have been a patient of Dr. Naik for at least 24 years. She is very firm but understanding and kind. Always encouraging her patients to eat better and exercise. Her goal is to help improve her patient health.

No Co so far very friendly and accommodating staff and understanding when I have a question about something health care wise . Like my doctor in New Braunfels TX location most importantly. Female is great not that I m offended by a man none what so ever . Change of provider is a good thing for me and location saves me so much money in gas ⛽ . Still working out a few bugs when referrals come in contact with my insurance card provider that is the only issue & you have to work the issue out & get the appointments done.

Customer service was horrible. The 2 women at the front just gossiped about guys loudly the whole time and didn’t even acknowledge me when i went to the front desk. GIVE THESE WOMEN SOME PROPER TRAINING! Receptionists should not be rude and acting ignorant to patients. This is so embarrassing for y’all.. they need to act like professionals. Not even just that, my appointment was at 8:30 and after an hour i still haven’t been called in. This is not how a primary care is supposed to be ran. FIX THIS!!! Once i finally got into the room for my checkup there was a BUG crawling on the floor? like ew. I do not recommended hillside primary care for people looking for a primary care.
