Dr. Hardy is great as I saw him for the first time last week and our son saw him today and we are both very happy being his patient and his staff is really great.

Dr. Hardy is just the best! He is gentle, knowledgable , and ensures that you are comfortable and understand what is needed for excellent vision. His staff is great to work with, also!

I give him 5 stars. I love going to Dr. Hardy. I've been his patient for 10 or more years. I will never change Dr.'s. Of course unless he retires. But I highly recommend him to everyone. 😀

Tried making an appointment for 4/16 for an eye prescription renewal a week in advance tje woman on the phone made told me its all set and im thinking everything's good to go UNTIL i call the day before to confirm the time so i know when to be there and she made it for 4/9.. Then they can't get me in until June.. Heard alot of good things about this place and honestly i don't see any of it.

Been going to this eye dr for nearly 10 yrs. Very pleased with newer location and building. Very professional and detailed exam. Staff is great.

I have known Dr. Hardy for years. He and his staff are great. My wife and I go there for testing and prescription updates. We trust them with our children as well. New Braunfels is lucky to have him.

Dr Hardy is nice and knowledgeable l. But his staff is very rude. Wouldn't recommend this place to any friends or family.

I use to love this place. Have been going there for about 5 yrs. Recently it has gone down hill with the staffing. Called in a order for contacts at their office and when I went to go pickup. I notice they were not the right ones so i told the lady that was helping me and she said well i can send them back but you will have to wait for the others. But i need some contacts because I was out. And said they were part of a credit rebate from manufacturer. So i took them. Well so far they are they wrost contacts i have ever gotten and was informed by the manufacturer that they are not part of the rebate. I called the office to have them verify and no one seems to care to help I have called 3 times and been told they will call me back. And no one has ever called back... : (
