We made an reservation online last minute for my daughters ears and we waited maybe ten minutes after sitting down.They were super friendly and professional.

We have been to our fair share of urgent cares due to our 2 ear old suffering from a lot of allergies and ear infections and we travel a lot. This is by far the best care we have ever received. From check in (online and ahead), to wait time to be seen, and the front desk, and nurse practitioner were all super nice and very helpful!

Had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen. Went in at 10:50 am didn't leave till 1:30 pm. Don't expect to wait 15min or less to be taken to the back. That's my reason for 4 stars. Other than that the staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful and the office was very clean and comfortable.

Quality care, easy check in, did not wait over 5 minutes, very efficient! Got in earlier in the day than my pediatrician could have done, and cost was the same, plus wait was much less than our regular doc. Very much worth it for sick visits with 2 kids at the same time!
