So I find out today that this office is closing forever..tomorrow. No notice, no e-mail, no text, nothing....

Good afternoon, I moved to new Braunfels approximately 1 year ago and I had Lana Cameron she was very through and detailed in treatment and ensure her patient felt comfortable with care. Now As she left this facility I attempted to see the other provider which was Robert Herman, as a woman of color I’ll never go back I had to advocate for my self when it comes to medication I had to call the insurance company myself, call pharmacies and find out that I need to request prior authorization for medication which was needed. This process has been going on for one month. I have never received any of my referrals in which they requested. The facility was clean but your healthcare is not a priority to this company.

My first visit and seeking a permanent Dr. The medical staff is professional, empathetic and made me feel welcomed. SHOUT OUT to Starla Psr, Lorena Practice Manager and Dr. Herman for the care and compassion I received. I highly recommend this office and service to my friends and family. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Dr. Eric Francis is a phenomenal physician. Listens and educates before prescribing. Excellent provider. Appointments are always timely. Never have had issues over the multiple years at this clinic.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Eric Francis and his staff. He genuinely cares, he listens, and he is punctual. Two years ago I knew something was wrong with my health and because he listened, he saved my life. He is a God send!

3 hour wait at this location. Said our insurance wasn't valid. She was too lazy to put the insurance card number into the computer. Beware of this location.

If I could only give one star, I would. Sandy, I believe her name was, was really nasty at the front desk. I was twice hung up on. Because of the phone number I received online for the exact piece of information I required, she became instantly aggressive and raised her voice. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

FNP Ashley Bryce was a good provider but the business side of this office is unorganized. I called to confirm an appointment that had been scheduled for months only to find out that my provider had left the practice. I was never notified of this and was not offered another provider or appointment time. If I hadn't called to confirm the time and date I would have never known this information. Very disorganized.
