Ive never felt more comfortable and cared for as I felt here. They treat you as if you are a part of their own family. The doctors listened to you and genuinely cared. The nurses were non judgemental and very attentive. And I cant rave enough about Alie Lopez. She made sure you were taken care of there as well as when you leave. Shes actually cares about you as a person and not just a patient. In my most vulnerable and scary time they made me feel at home and helped me get through this hard part of my life. I cant thank them enough. Especially Alie. She checked in on me regularly either in person or on the phone. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need. The rooms were very homely and comfortable which was so comforting in this crucial and hard time of my life. I cant express my gratitude enough.

Antonio is an exceptional nurse. His bedside manner was outstanding, and he was clearly more knowledgeable than the doctors. Honestly, if it weren’t for him, I probably would’ve left. My five-star rating is solely because of Antonio. While the doctor and staff were licensed, I found myself having to explain my daughter’s condition in full detail to them, which was frustrating. Antonio was the only one who made us feel understood and properly cared for.

Took my daughter here for a minor emergency. The entire staff was awesome. From check in to the check out. Everyone was so nice and attentive to her problem. We were seen in a timely manner. Highly recommend for all of your ER needs.

Used to go to Resolute Baptist, place is horrible there. Decided to give the New Braunfels ER a go and have loved it. They were helpful with my mom's issues as well. Wait time is great, they get you back right away. The staff actually treats you as a person and not just some number unlike Resolute. Would highly recommend friends and family here
