Great experience

My grandma (who has dementia) was a patient here and she enjoyed her stay. The nurses made her feel at home with their warmth and heartfelt work! She wasn’t made to feel like just another patient. She was given physical therapy and occupational therapy during her stay, even though it was a short one. Us as family, during our visits, were able to go and see her do all of this without a problem! I’m glad that she got the help she needed and we were confident in knowing she would go home healthier and stronger! Thank you PAM Health and the nurses and Doctors that helped along the way!

Had a family member there. She suffered a stroke. She is home now. Her recovery there was went well. Doctor made sure to make the call when she was ready to go home. I really liked how a nurse was right outside of the room. There in case of an emergency. I've seen other hospitals or clinics where the medical staff is just talking in a group or on their phones. Here it felt like they really care, and placed their patient's first.

Just spent a month at Pam. The staff was excellent. The food was good. Absolutely no complaints, highly reccomend 👍( from Jeff Ridge)

My father-in-law received great care here. The staff is knowledgeable and the case managers prioritize safe discharges.

The staff at the Winter green Florida facility were professional, caring and joyful in their work. Our 53 year old daughter was blest to have been taken there when her time at another rehab facility was exhausted. We were thankful that the PT and OT staff understood her fear of falling and helped her to work successfully in rehab.

I can’t say enough about PAM New Braunfels! All the staff - from the sweet greetings at the front desk, to the talented nurses and therapists, to the diligent case managers that meet with every patient - it just doesn’t get better than PAM NBR! The facility is also clean, up to date, and filled with exactly what you need to make your best recovery. They definitely get a 5 star review from me!

I cannot say enough regarding PAM during my recovery. I am a retired Healthcare Professional and experienced the expertise in the skills and standards of care daily. The staff is compassionate, professional, and genuinely dedicated to patient care and recovery. Their communication is seamless, and the environment is always welcoming. Starting from Norma at the door. It’s clear they go above and beyond for their patients and referral partners alike!

My sweetheart has been here for two weeks. It has been fantastic overall. The food is amazing, the staff is great and it has a peaceful atmosphere. We only had one strange night where our room neighbor's nurse was wildly inappropriate. She told our neighbor once "there, now you don't smell like a foot." Later, she showed us the contents of our neighbor's colostomy bag and asked us if we were ready for supper. I was absolutely disgusted. I was eating and it ended all that. It broke my heart for that man, that she treated him like that. No one wants to be compared to the smell of a foot. And, he couldn't speak because he was trached. This was Friday, 4/25/25 room 122A day shift nurse. She apologized nicely, very quickly when I expressed how freaked out I was by her showing us poop. But, it's hard to come back from that.
