I came here after my car accident in March. From the get go, Dr. Rosales and his team have been amazing and caring. Literally everything I could ask for in a team. After my treatment I felt like I was able to resume my normal life and activities. They were great in taking my LOP and helping me.

this place is fantastic. Everyone there is so kind and sweet and I love how they walk you through everything. It’s a great place if this your first time ever going to a chiropractor, you’re safe hands.

I highly recommend ProCare for physical therapy and injury treatment. Dr. Rosales was excellent, always asked how I was, as were David and Brittney—they were all very kind and helpful. Gave me plenty of stretches and worked well with scheduling. I was in a lot of pain on my first day, but after treatment from ProCare. I'm finally able to move freely again.

Pro Care Medical Center in New Braunfels is a gem! The "3-person wonder team" of Dr. Rosales, Brittany, and David truly makes this place shine. Brittany, the receptionist, is an absolute delight – always friendly, efficient, and on top of everything. I actually prefer speaking with her directly over the call center; she ensures you're scheduled and well-informed. David, the physical therapist, is incredibly knowledgeable and has been instrumental in my recovery. The spinal decompression treatments were fantastic, and his expertise is evident. And then there's Dr. Rosales – a true magician! His understanding of the body is remarkable; he pinpointed all my issues through touch alone and provided incredibly effective adjustments to my neck, back, shoulders, wrists, and ankles. He's easily one of the best chiropractors I've ever visited. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients and loves helping people feel better. Highly recommend! Five stars!

I have been seen by several providers through Pro-Care for my injuries, everything has been very professional, precise and the communication, scheduling, treatment, etc has been spot on with no issues. Very pleased with my care so far and would highly recommend Pro Care for any/all needs
