List of Resolute Health Hospital Medical Office Building's Reviews
It was my first stay in a hospital and the staff was very kind and comforting. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my well-being. The environment was very clean, the room was spacious with large windows and even 80% of the food was delicious. I want to give a special shout out to my nurse, Addison.. she goes above and beyond to care for her patients and is personable with a sense of humor.
By far the best bed side manner I’ve ever received, from the pct to nurse to the doctors. It’s a relief to feel like you actually matter and not just a statistic. Courtney and Danielle were both absolutely amazing nurses who went above and beyond. I can’t thank y’all enough!!
I went to the Resolute ER with the worst pain of my life. It turned out to be a kidney stone but we didn’t know what was happening at the time. I was in so much pain I couldn’t sit or stand. They were slow admitting me and I fell to the lobby floor in pain. A nurse came out and was so rude, began yelling at me to get up. Zero compassion. They brought a wheelchair out but I almost fell out of it because I was squirming so much. When they finally got me admitted, my wife left to get plans made for our daughters, in case I had to stay overnight. At this point, I was in so much pain that I wasn’t very coherent and we still hadn’t been given any idea of what was happening to me. The rude nurse took me to a room beyond the lobby and then left me, without saying if anyone would be helping me or how long anything would take. I began wandering out of the room to try and find he’ll because I thought maybe my appendix had exploded. I fell to the floor again in pain and could not get up. I laid there for awhile and then the rude nurse appeared and began yelling at me again. Then she proceeded to grab my arm and try to drag me along the floor. I wish my wife was there to see it. It’s insane that they would treat anyone this way and then proceed to put hands on them and try and drag them. A simple, “we are going to get you some help” would be expected. Eventually, a younger, male nurse arrived and told me I probably had a kidney stone. He was very compassionate and assured me that they were going to take care of me. I was shaking so badly with pain that they couldn’t keep a thermometer under my tongue to get my vitals. They finally got me on some medication and were able to keep me from shaking enough that they did a CT scan and confirmed the kidney stone. I arrived around 6pm on Sunday evening and they checked me out around 10:30am on Monday morning. They just gave me some pain meds every six hours and an iv bag for fluids. A urologist came in and spoke to me for about three minutes Monday morning, as well as another doctor. They just told me to come back to the ER if the pain got bad again and sent me home with no meds to help. I called my regular doctor and got some meds to help pass the stone, which I did a few days later. Aside from the terrible admitting nurse, everyone else was very kind. This was my first trip to the ER and I didn’t expect it to be cheap, but the pain was so bad that I didn’t have any other options. I received my bill a few days ago and they are charging almost $48k dollars for less than 24hrs and no actual procedures. I do have insurance but they are expecting me to pay more than $6800 for my copay. I will be contesting my bill and asking for an itemized breakdown but the fact that they are even trying to charge almost $50k dollars is robbery.
I highly recommend Resolute Baptist Hospital The hospital is extremely clean not only in the heavy traffic areas but also in the individual rooms the nurses do not throw things on the floor for is it a trash They go and put it in the trash can the first time I have ever witnessed this in a hospital! Also in the hospital everybody is busy but they do stop and ask if you need anything or if there's anything I can do for you Not only by the nurse but also by the PCA and also by the Housekeeping department! I was having a very difficult day on Friday and housekeeping sensed I had been crying and they Lifted me up and Blessed me by their words of their strong faith! It was like God sent this beautiful person called Rosie to come and clean my son's room at the time that she did. I will Always Appreciate the Love and Concern that Rosie showed me and my Son! Thank you Resolute Baptist Hospital for Hiring such Awesome Staff in every Department! 😀
My husband is at Resolute Baptist Hospital for the second time. We have had the most positive experience here and can’t say enough about the nurses and the entire staff on the third floor. Each and everyone of the people we have encountered here, no matter their job, have done their best to help and done so willingly, no matter if it was their specific responsibility or not. We have felt their concern and care for their patients everyday and it means a lot to patients and their families. Thank you Resolute for creating a positive atmosphere in your hospital! Went to Baptist Resolute Hospital for chest pains , was scheduled to have Angioplasty and Echocardiography , checked In at billing to register, Was informed that I would have to pay $1000 to have procedure done . Tried to negotiate a payment plan due to being a senior citizen and on social security. The billing manager comes in and very rudely , threatens me if I don’t come up with the money for the procedure, he will call security police and have me removed from the hospital ! Never in my life have I been so disrespected at a hospital not to mention my chest pain increased when the billing manager was started talking aggressively. Sure hope this don’t happens to other seniors that has major medical issues
The entire staff are so caring and hard working! I will be forever grateful for Barbara, Ashley, Kelci, Gina , Kevin, and Melanie for all their assistance during a hard Christmas season! I cannot name all the doctors, but Thank You❤️
Hands down the best care ever received at a hospital from check in to discharge. Everyone that provided service or care was just amazing. Received personalized quality care with compassion, patience, and understanding. Highly recommend Resolute Health Hospital!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you want good service and to be taken seriously DO NOT GO HERE. They “lost” my labs after 4 hours of me waiting in excruciating pain and within those 4 hours no one came to check on me or tell me they lost my blood work. Always a horrible experience here. Don’t let the beautiful outside of the hospital fool you. I left and went to another hospital. Don’t recommend this “hospital”.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
