This was the first time in a while that I have been to see a physician. The Total Men’s experience was much better than I have traditionally experienced with other offices. I really enjoyed that the signing up and verification of benefits was all done before my appointment time. The “waiting room” did not feel like a long wait at all, because of the associated amenities (t.v., coffee bar, etc.) and comfortable seating. There were plenty of sanitizing stations and wipes, which was nice to see. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the doctor was really down to earth in his communication style. The visit itself was both thorough as well as efficient. I’ll definitely be back!
