Everyone is nice and professional! I feel very comfortable coming to this office! I’ve now seen all 3 providers and feel comfortable with all three of them, but Ashley is my main girl. I’m more of a tom boy growing up and a not a girly girl. I don’t feel judged here for not being a diva.

Jen is amazing very considerate nothing about her here. She was my first time with Botox and it was absolutely painless and she took everything I said into consideration. So obviously I wanted to return. The second time I went back was with Kara I believe. She barely even numbed my face where she was going to inject and basically stabbed my face it hurt SO bad and it left a bruise for at least a week. I tried asking her about certain issues and she literally did not care she just opened the door gave my file to another employee who walked me to the front desk. Then she came running to the desk after I paid because she accidentally forgot to update the paperwork and said oops you can use the credit for next time. I will never return and I’m not one to write reviews but I’ve never experienced someone that’s supposed to be professional completely disregarding everything.

The facility and staff are amazing would recommend for other services. The endolift procedure I had in April was somewhat painless, easy and quick. Sadly, 4 months later don’t see much of a result. I wasn’t expecting anything drastic obviously, but at least something worth the money I paid. I exercise regularly and eat clean as recommended but the jowling was still prominent which was my main issue during consult. Endolift is meant to tighten skin and burn some fat in the face but in my opinion, didn’t do much for me and cannot in good conscience recommend. Neck or chin lipo would only cost a smidge more, is permanent and probably route I will take next.
