we come to see Dr Cairns.. he is great with my elderly mother! The nurses are great too! I do not care for their billing.

I had my First Appointment at Academy in North Richland Hills yesterday May 07/2026. I was so pleased all of the Staff was Friendly and Caring including the Doctor! I highly recommend Academy Foot and Ankle

After 2 weeks in pain I came across Dr Daniel on ZocDoc and I’m glad I did. I felt like I was walking on clouds after getting my calluses removed. He was so gentle and caring. Thank you so much Dr Daniel. I felt good walking around in stores when I left and not being in pain. I most definitely recommend him.

The doctor is awesome very friendly very professional. The front counter lady is awful starts by trying to gaslight me about my appointment that its at 4pm not 3:30 like the email I was sent. No need to lie just tell me your running behind. Then proceeds to lie to my face about not having my insurance information. Then asked why I had a specific insurance plan she claimed she didn't have. Post treatment she proceeds to tell me the total I'm paying will be applied to my deductible for the insurance information she "doesn't have" when I asked for an itemized recipient to turn in for reimbursement the refused and said I would only receive the transaction receipt from there card machine. Overall an awful experience with there front counter staff. Really causing a disservice to a very nice and professional doctor.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Cairns and his entire team. I went in with severe toe pain and was honestly very anxious, but from the moment I walked in, I felt completely taken care of. The front desk staff and his medical assistant were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive. Dr. Cairns himself was outstanding he took the time to thoroughly explain everything, made sure I felt comfortable, and showed genuine compassion for both my pain and my nerves. What truly sets him apart is his level of care beyond the visit. Over the weekend, I experienced a concern after my procedure and called the answering service. Within minutes, Dr. Cairns personally called me back and guided me through exactly what to do. That kind of responsiveness and dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. This was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. I felt cared for, respected, and in excellent hands the entire time. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Cairns to anyone needing exceptional care

If you are looking for a good caring Dr go see Dr Cairns. He is awesome so gentle and caring. Melody his assistant is just as awesome. Melody is such a genuine, sweet and caring person. Melody makes you feel at ease and has a very warm personality. Thank you, Dr Cairns and Melody for caring for others.

This was my first time going to this dr he was really patient and answered all my question and Melody the nurse was really sweet and kind 😇 she helped me walk to the back office

I wanted to express our great appreciation to Dr Cairns for the immediate and current attention he has provided me. He responded and acted quickly to my injury that prevented further complications. Recovering is going well. In addition, I would also like to extend my appreciation to his nurse, Melody. Although, initially quiet and reserved, through her calmness I appreciate her professionalism, concern and focus. We always look forward to seeing Melody as she makes us feel comfortable, at ease and sometimes we enjoy a light and fun conversations here at the doctor’s office. We appreciate you both!!

Worst service

It has been 8 months and I don't think my toe will ever be the same. I went in for an ingrown toenail and he cut it crooked. My toenail is now more triangular and he cut out so much that this weird skin, like the quick, overgrows in the gaps and it looks awful. And it's nothing I can seem to fix easily. My once pretty toe now looks awful.
