Great facility & staff. Great communication. Most impressive is results texted to patient with understandable explanations in both medical & laymens terms. 1st time seeing that - wish all medical entities would do that so a person has a clue as to what's going on before waiting for your next doctor's visit.

I’ve had two MRI’s done here in the last 6 months. They are very friendly and professional. They run a tight schedule.

I got an MRI there recently, and there were both positives and negatives. The day before the scheduled MRI, they called and left a message asking me to call and confirm. But when I called, the lady I talked to couldn't find me in their computer. It took 10-15 minutes to straighten that out. Then about 2 hours before the appointment time, they sent me a text with a link to give them a medical history, a rather lengthy process that could have been done a day or two earlier. When I went for the MRI, I was well taken care of--a secure locker for my personal effects; lots of pillows to try to make me as comfortable as possible; a considerate medical worker to administer the MRI. My only complaint is that their headphones and music were completely overpowered by the noise of the MRI machine. I don't know if the headphones are of poor quality or the volume just doesn't go high enough, but I couldn't hear anything but the machine when it was running, even after I asked for the music to be louder. The MRI took about an hour, which I think is pretty standard.

The staff at this office are so annoying. They constantly call me and leave messages and texts and I’ve only ever been there once and never even had tests done with them! I needed an ultrasound and with my insurance they wanted to charge me $850 but then the lady in the front said if I prefer to be self pay they will only charge me $500! Prices are ridiculous
