List of Hca Healthcare's Reviews
Everyone took good care of me while I was in the hospital. The Drs the Surgeon Nurses and supporting staff all did a good job THANKS
On Thursday I went to the emergency room stone in my gallbladder I arrived at 930 a.m. the nurses treated me very well and when they took me to the 6th floor everyone from morning to night they all treated me very well and the doctors and the amazing surgeon. Thanks for everything.
My nurse Jenni was incredible. She was nurturing and very informative during my visit to the e.r. Everything she administered she explained why and what the effects might be. She made sure I was comfortable and was always right on top of Things. The CT scan tech was just as informative talking me through the process and so was the ultrasound tech she too made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The doctor staff and even check in was pleasant who knew a hospital visit could be despite the circumstances my interactions were very good and I would recommend this hospital to anyone.
I like happy people. You dont usually see them in the ER. Everyone that I came in contact with was so very nice and comfortable. From the doctor who came in and sat right down next to the bed and started talking to me to the CT person who whisked me away to CT... Literally... It was like being in a video game... so much fun and she was so bubbly. The nurses were knowledgeable... The shot hurt but he warned me a head of time that it would. If you could ever have a fun time at the ER considering the reason youre there I had it. Thank you.
The staff was very polite and accommodating. I felt I was in good hands. I received a thorough exam and the process was explained in detail. Overall everything was fine.
It’s not surprising that all the reviews are of the emergency room it’s outstanding. Dr Mo is the best ER doctor anywhere. The nursing staff all who are employees are great too. The only exception would be the guy at the front desk. No personality watches movies on his phone his entire shift and he’s rude.Aside from the emergency room the hospital is terrible. My Dad has been there for 4 weeks and has been severely neglected. He has bed sores all over his back and legs and groan area. He has gotten staff infection in 4 different places from this hospital. The nursing staff consists of very few employees and instead a slew of contract workers. It has nothing to do with Covid or vaccine mandates either because this hospital is contracting all the nurses who quit other hospitals because they refused the vaccine. Yet even with contract workers they are still putting 67 patients who need severe care per a single nurse. There has been many days where I sit up there for hours at a time where a nurse never comes by to check on the patient at all. You never have the same nurse twice and the nurses have no idea about your loved one unless you are up there every 12 hours to inform the next nurse of what the situation is. It’s very frustrating. The whole goal of this hospital is to treatstabilizerelease and from the moment you are admitted you are assigned a case worker whose whole purpose is to get your loved one out of the hospital ASAP rather they are better or not. My Dad was 100X better when he was transported to this hospital with 7 broken ribs and a collapsed lung than he is today when they are trying to force him into a nursing home that we didn’t select and haven’t approved him to be transferred to. I got a call from the case worker that he is being transferred today and he’s bleeding from his wounds he received here. I have asked him to be transferred to another hospital and they are refusing to transfer him there. Please use the ER here but if there’s any chance you will be admitted then go somewhere else. I could give you 100 other reasons why hopefully the picture of my Dads leg is enough reason for you to think twice.
Nice rooms and a great staff
Thank you so much for such Great care in The ER on early Saturday morning Doctor Hill and Jordan Rn delivered excellent care.
Dr. Campbell and Jessie RN in the emergency room were amazing. They kept us informed took care of my husband in a very efficient time frame.Customer service was outstanding Got him into xray very quickly gave us the results and recommended a doctor for a follow up. We definitely went to the right ER for our emergency. The pharmacy we use was closed until Monday so the doctor faxed a weekend prescription to Walmart to hold him over until Monday. Very caring staff of professionals
My husband needed to go to the ER on a Saturday. The Practitioner who saw my husband treated his condition then gave us follow up instructions was Joseph A Cerrato. He told us if we had further questions or issues that he would be working the next day and would be available to assist. Sunday afternoon things were not going as I thought they should so I went back to the ER and asked to talk to the doctor who we had seen the day before. Joseph Cerrato remembered me and my husband and was so kind in answering my questions then gave me some options which addressed my concerns. He also said that he would update Dr. Campbell on our situation if we needed to return to the ER. I am so grateful to Joseph Cerrato for taking time out of his busy schedule to hear what I had to say. Thank you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
