After struggling with my high blood 🩸 pressure,.... I was referred to The Heart ♥️ Place. My life & physical health changed for the Better. It took a few visits and Tests to ‘Dial’ me In to a SAFE ZONE, yet it Happened !! I am grateful and Happy with my results.., Life is Good 😌

I called this hospital to see if they accept Medicaid insurance and I believe I spoke to a receptionist.... unfortunately I forgot to ask her name... and she started asking me my name and I said it wasn’t for me, it was for my father? And again she started asking me all of his information and I keep on telling her please I need to find out if the hospital accepts Medicaid or not before I make an appointment! And she says she does not have that information but still need to get all of the patients info and the dr I wanna see... but I am not trying to go that far yet lady... I just wanna know if Medicaid is accepted or not? And I keep on saying if you do not have that information then it’s ok but she keeps cutting me off and speaks so rudely and don’t wanna listen what I am trying to tell her? I do recognize her voice very clearly... I ll definitely get her name, next time I call her....

Dr Patel is a great cardiologist that doesn't make you feel rushed, actually takes what you have to say seriously and doesn't brush it off like some doctors tend to do, and is good at explaining things. Staff has always been friendly and efficient!

Very friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile in helping me get medications so that I could afford them. Clara was great and John the PA was very informative. after switching to Dr. Chamakura, I feel so good that I can do yard work for the first time in 5 years. Thanks, everyone.

My doctor, Dr. Alomar, and his assistant, Carol, are beyond awesome. I can't say enough good things about them. The office staff is very lacking. I'm having surgery in a few days and the hospital called the office to get a copy of my EKG. The office staff told the hospital that I hadn't had one. Can you believe that you wouldn't have an EKG at a cardiologist office. Also, when I had the nuclear stress test I was very nervous. The tech, Linda, was very unsympathetic. She had to stick me twice to get the IV in and treated me like I was a child. She knew I was nervous and didn't even try to help me with my fears.
