I met Dr. Albers at Care Now. I requested a rapid covid test since I had been exposed to another positive individual. I was refused a test and was lectured on wearing a mask. All I wanted was a test so I didn't needlessly expose my family members at Thanksgiving. He was curt, unprofessional, and refused to discuss anything I had to say. I come from a medical family and they would never treat their patients in this manner. I can't get my money back, but I can say that I don't wish his attitude on any other patients.

Dr Albers is the best. I miss him terribly. I can't find another Dr I trust to help me with all my crazy problems. He and another Dr both left and things have never been the same. Wherever he works is blessed to have him he's absolutely the very best !!

This dr has sent me unnecessarily to other drs to pass a physical. He gave a very disrespectful comment after my last visit. If I could do zero stars I would.

Dr. Albers is thorough and patient. He listens to all your concerns and looks at the big picture before issuing treatment. He’s very knowledgeable and coordinates with Specialists when needed to assess more detailed results. He then evaluates all the incoming data carefully and manages treatment from a holistic perspective. Even though Dr. Albers is a physician at an urgent care facility, I prefer him as my overall primary care internist to handle all my medical needs.

Dr Albers is Awesome. He moved to Dallas area to be closer to family and I understand that. But I sure do miss his expertise and treatments here in Longview Tx . He is a wonderful Dr always caring and listened to my health issues. Hope he and his family are doing well. Whom ever he is working for has the best Dr !
