I was a referral to Dr. Fay from my primary care Doctor and I am so Thankful that I was able to see him. Dr. Fay and his staff were very Professional and Friendly and they made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Matt Fay and his staff at Heart Place Clinic!!!

One the day we met Dr. Matt Gay he saved my husband's life. He is a gifted heart surgeon and all around a finely tuned human. He engages 100% with his patients and his voice is always kind and friendly.

DR. FAY IS A MAGNIFICENT CARDIOLOGIST WITH A BED SIDE MANNER THAT MAKES EVEN THE SICKEST PATIENT FEEL BETTER WHEN HE WALKS INTO A ROOM. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT HIM AS A PERSON OR A DR.VERY ATTENTIVE TO HIS PATIENTS AND WHATS BOTHERING THEM. M ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE RUDENESS AND DISRESPECT OF THE OFFICE MANAGER THERE AND HOW SHE HUNG UP IN MY FACE AS I WAS TALKING AND REFUSED TO LISTEN TO ME AS THE PATIENT WHEN I TRIED TO TELL HER THAT MY ORDERING SURGEON SAID THEY HAD SENT REQUEST FOR PAPERWORK AND CLEARANCE FOR SURGERY 2 OR 3 TIMES. NOT GOOD BUSINESS. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY THE STAFF HANDLED THIS WHEN SURGEONS OFFICE CALLED AND NEEDED PAPERWORK THAT DAY OR CANCEL MY SURGERY. IF DR. FAY WASNT SO SWEET AND A D**N GOOD DR., I WOULD PROBABLY GO ELSEWHERE BUT IM SURE HE ISNT AWARE THAT SHE'S TREATING HIS PATIENTS THIS WAY.

I like Dr. Fay. He takes the time to explain everything to me. I had a cardiologist in Jacksonville, FL for 20+ years and he never explained things as thoroughly as Dr. Fay has in just two visits. The ONE negative, and it was out of their control, is that I had to do the treadmill with a mask on which made it next to impossible to catch my breath at times.
