My experience was exemplary ! He was very attentive and patient I would highly recommend him and the staff was excellent!!!

I had been going to an ENT who didn’t listen to me after suffering with severe nasal congestion for a year before finally doing a nasal endoscopy in office and telling me I had nasal polyps. She then sent me to get a CT scan that cost over $1,000. Without attempting any medical treatment, she recommended surgery with monthly follow ups for a year post surgery. Frustrated and unable to breathe or sleep properly, I went to Dr. Geoffrey Scott. He did the endoscopy on the first visit, looked at the CT result of my nasal polyp, LISTENED to my symptoms and said, “Let’s try medication first. If that doesn’t work, we’ll proceed with surgery.” Well by DAY 3 of a 30 day regimen he have me, symptoms that had made me miserable for a year were completely gone! On my follow up visit, I had another CT scan done in his office that cost me nothing and the “nasal polyp” was completely gone! I’ve been breathing freely ever since and I have Dr. Scott to thank. His years of experience and knowledge are evident. The office staff is friendly and I never had to wait long periods when I had an appointment. Highly recommend this ENT!

I thought this place was doing right by me... used hearing aids from there since 2019. Last year upgraded to Resound ones that link to my iPhone. In the past few weeks I have been losing connection and having to re-pair 2-3 times per day. I moved 1200 miles from them, and was trying to figure out how to get this fixed. Then I learned that firmware update is probably the issue and it can be done over the air. I was told previously that it could only be done IN OFFICE by NH ENT folks. VERY UNHAPPY

Great ENT. The hearing specialist are really great. Diana helped me the other day did a in house fix that worked and avoided a 3 week wait in having to ship my hearing aids out. GO!

After finding out my medical records from seeing Dr.George Kostohryz Jr., ENT, who retired several years ago, were forwarded to this ENT clinic, I called in explaining I was a 65 year old retired veteran with severe hearing loss from 4 former cholesteatoma surgeries I had over a 15 year span of seeing Dr. Kostohryz. I needed only a doctor slip for jury duty as I am unable to hear arguments in a courtroom due to my hearing loss, and the rude clerk tried to make me an appointment for a permanent hearing loss that is already well documented in my medical records, instead of messaging the doctor. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone as it appears they are on an insurance money grab for information they already have which only raises the cost of medical care for everyone.

I have waited 1 hour + during 3 different appointments with Dr Scott. I had to walk out of my current apt because it had been an hour and 6 minutes and the dr still hadn’t shown up. I schedule my apts based on openings on my schedule and if my apt is at 9:30 I expect to at least be close to that apt time. According to the receptionist, he hasn’t even made it to the office yet.

Great staff and world class doctor!! Down to earth and honest.

Very kind, quick, and respectful. Walked me through my nose Cauterization process and made sure I was okay through the whole thing.

Very professional and relaxed at the same time. Surgery was a great success after healing. Definitely a 5 star service
