Lots of people are looking for ways to lose weight. This is the way to do it the right way. Valerie does an exceptional job of working with the whole person not just a goal of weight loss. Valerie's weight loss program is top notch! She helped me lose 30lbs in 8 weeks and it was the easiest program to follow. Unlike other weight loss programs, the food actually tastes great. Valerie is a great coach and motivator and is always available to answer any questions that you have. One thing that I really love about this program is that you begin to see results immediately and then consistently throughout the entire program. Just got finished with my first week after being on smaller you. It was actually less than one week. Lost 5 pounds and it’s the easiest ever. I have never been huge but just enough over weight to where it bothered me. I had decided at the beginning of the year that I was going to do this. Found smaller you and Valarie and the first five days was very easy as the products make it to where you are not hungry at all. That is a first. So easy and that is what I was looking for. I’m on the go so much that I cannot have a diet plan that requires a lot of cooking. So if you are looking for a healthy way to eat and lose weight this is the program for you!!!!
