Good doctors but very rude ladies at the front desk. Reminds me a lot of DMV or postal workers.
Love the staff and it’s a relaxed atmosphere. So glad I found this office.
Dr. Tasneem and the entire staff at Family Healthcare Associates are great!!! I have referred friends and family and they all feel the same way.
The lab staff was very nice and helpful
I have been trying to reschedule a well check for over 2 weeks and no one has called me. I have tried leaving a message for a office manager to call me, and again no call. They are very unorganized in this office. It’s a shame because Dr Elaine Paik is a wonderful Dr.

The front desk staff is very rude - they always have an attitude over the phone and in-person. One of the women, when we were trying to check out, insisted we had to pay $200+. She started talking about our deductible, which we don’t have one for PCP, and when I argued about needing to call the insurance company to confirm that price she acted like she was doing me a favor by billing me later, which is strange because for the 10+ years I’ve been coming here (unfortunately), they’ve always billed me later. In addition, Dr. Sana makes us feel rushed and often talks over us when we’re explaining what is wrong. We just waited an hour in the waiting room and she rushed us out of her patient room in less than 10 minutes, seeing her for about two of those ten minutes. My boyfriend kept complaining about a lump on the side of his neck and coughing. She kept asking if he was congested - he’s not, but at the end she said, “I’m going to give you something for the congestion.” Was she not even listening? He also saw her for a hurting back, which took him out of work. She was so disorganized that the specialist he was supposed to see for his back requested several times that she send information to them so my boyfriend could be seen, with us calling to remind her as well, and she never sent it. This went on for over a week before my boyfriend had to just say “I need to go back to work, please clear me.” It should not take over a week for Dr. Sana or her nurse to send a fax, especially when her patient is out of work and not getting paid that entire time.I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here since Dr. Vu left. He was rude, but at least he got you proper treatment.
Love Dr. Asfranan
My wife and I have been going to Dr. Ohman for years. He's the best.
Just called to make an appointment for my annual Wellness visit. The receptionist, Delaney, is very unprofessional and rude. She answered the phone like she hated her job. She talked with an attitude and just gave off a lot of negative energy. If Dr. Sana wasn't so nice, I'd probably go find a new PCP. The front office here is garbage. FHA, please re-train your front office staff to provide better customer service and at least act like they like their job.Just called to make an appointment for my annual Wellness visit. Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
