The staff, back office, business office etc are a very poor reflection on the doctors, however, I am not sorry for the doctors. They obviously support this culture. Very rude people. They kept my money for almost a year, on multiple occasions. The rule, TMA, I believe is that they have to return overpayments within 15 days. These people didn't, and when reminded were very rude about it. I had to call multiple times to get them to return it. I asked them to educate staff about procedures so that they would not do this again, and they were very rude about it. It seems that they are provided with a script and have no brains to do anything else. I asked that the manager call me so that I could ask them to learn the rules and train the staff and that person again was too arrogant to call. This is and should reflect on the doctors. it is the only wy

a previous Urologist had said that the removal of a kidney stone in my Husband was successful , come to find out the 13 mm kidney stone was still fully intact in my Husbands kidney! Dr. Scriven saved the day so to speak . Dr. Scriven performed the surgery on my husband successfully ! Dr.Scriben was extremely knowledgeable & had a great bedside manner! We were sad to learn that the good Dr. is retiring in a week ! This review really has no relevance actually, but I wanted to at least write a review to show my appreciation to Dr. Scriven for doing an amazing job to the very end!!

just wasted two hours and did not see dr for follow up from surgery. dr office says they called four times about the appointment. when questioned about number the called, they called a landline that we have not had in over 4 years. did not call the number we gave them when we scheduled the appointment. why ask for a number if you are not going to update.

He has been my urologist for several years and has seen me through several examinations, a biopsy, and an operation. Throughout it all, he has exhibited nothing but five star work.

this is not a review of the doctor. I never got to see him. I had an appointment and was told to come in early to do the paperwork. I arrived and notified the receptionist that I could not write because of my multiple sclerosis someone would have to help me with the paperwork. She kept asking me if I had anybody with me to help , I was obviously alone. Why did she asked me 3 times? then she tells me I will have to reschedule. Will there be someone there to help me if I reschedule? I have never had this problem anywhere else. Everywhere else I went someone was glad to help. Too bad your office, doctor scriven, does not accommodate the disabled.
