Dr. Ventimiglia and his staff were all great. All seemed to genuinely care about what brought me in today and gave me the care I needed. I was looking for a new primary care doctor and I seem to have found the perfect one. :)

From the minute you walk in to the bright and cheerful lobby to be checked in by Caterra, you will feel a difference, like you matter. My medical visits with LaKetra Washington, NP have been nothing short of life-changing because she listens, she is thorough and cares about getting to the root of issues, not just treating symptoms. The medical assistants, Dee, who took my vitals and other info, and the other medical assistants, and the young lady who does the lab work, are excellent. Everyone at the North Richland Hills location is topnotch - efficient, professional, warm and caring. I wish I had everyone's names, and will update when I do, because they have ALL been extremely impressive. I highly recommend this location, and feel confident in their support as I take charge of my health and well-being.

This is the second Village Medical at Walgreens I have visited and have found both to be clean and efficiently run; also convenient with the drugstore attached. My doctor, Joseph Ventimiglia, moved to this location from one closer to where I live, but I appreciate and respect him so much that I'm willing to drive farther for appointments. His nurse, whose name I failed to get, is kind and proficient in her work...a sweet person.

I received great service. The office is attractive and clean. All of the staff members were friendly and appeared to be very good at what they do. Dr. Ventimiglia was very caring and patient, and he took the time to listen to me. He shared his philosophy and made sure I was comfortable. I'm really happy that I chose this clinic as my medical provider. Follow-Up 07/27/23: Dr V continues to provide excellent care. He listens and cares more than any physician I've ever visited. But I now need to brag on the nurse/assistant Stephanie. I had labs drawn earlier this week. I'm 69 years old, and it is the first blood draw I've ever had with ABSOLUTELY NO BRUISE! I couldn't even feel it when she inserted the needle. These people are pros!!
