The staff does not listen to what you say. The office has been updated at the Glenview office but still has that 1950's look to it. They avoid giving you an answer. The office and care are from the 1950's.

Dr Ake was excellent, as was the entire staff! Their level of caring about my whole person and my total health was evident from the moment I entered the practice. And they were prompt, and explained everything in detail. ❤️

Compassionate & caring doctor and very thorough. There were safety protocols in place for covid patience. Very clean office.

staff can,t seem to keep up with appointments or prescriptions had to go to keller office.to see a dr.

I seen Dr Sana Muntajibuddin, from The Keller location, at the Colleybille location during after hours. She was very helpful, patient and made me feel important and comfortable. She was very kind and answered all my questions with my small procedure.

My family and I have been with Dr. Seo for many years now and will not go to any other physician. We moved with him when he left the Keller location to open the Northlake office, and have not regretted it. He takes the time to listen and answer any questions you may have, we have never felt rushed, or that he does not have the time for us. I'm not a new patient. I had a virtual appointment for a quick prescription refill, I promptly log in, fill out the forms and pay. Then I began to wait, after waiting for 25 mins past my appointment time, I get a call from Dr Seo's nurse. She goes over some more questions and verifies my prescriptions. She then tells me he will be " right on the call" after another 10 mins of waiting I call the office and they tell me he is about to "jump on". At the 40 minute mark still no Dr. I called the office again and that's when they start the excuses about he is running behind and that I'm next in line. When I asked if he was running that far behind why no one has called to let me know, they had no answer. I ended the call at the 50 minute mark and called it a day. I received a call 75 minutes after my scheduled appointment time from his assistant, (still no dr), they then began to make excuses that they were having trouble with the video call system. I asked again why no one bothered to call me and tell me that instead of wasting almost an hour of my day, still no answer. I have zero respect for someone who doesn't own up to their short comings, all it would have taken was a phone call to let me know what was going on. I will make sure that everyone I speak with knows exactly how much Dr Seo's office values his patient's time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, just google your symptoms it will be quicker.I'm not a new patient. I just want to say you just lost two possible patients. The person over the phone was taking my information to give me an appointment but when I told her it’ll be a new patient I was told they were book for the day. We just move to the area and I guess we will find a new Doctor. The person just cut me off with we are book for the day. I call other places and they were nice enough to ask first and if it was the first time or even explain that for new patients they were booked and give other options. Is not the fact they were booked it was the way I was treated. Edited to add is not the that they were booked it was the way it was said.
