My daughter has been seeing Dr.Bueno since the day she was born. I love the staff! They are always so happy and kind to us when we are there. Dr.Bueno has always been straight to the point which, I guess is why people think he rushes? I don't mind it, I'm not a big fan of doctor's offices so I like the fact there's no useless chit chat

Nurse Debbie is the only reason we come to Dr. Buenos office. She is the best and Dr. Bueno is very blessed to have her as his nurse. The office staff in the other hand very un professional and not helpful but just plain rude. Just a note ladies, a simple “Hello” to your patients goes a long way.

Dr.Bueno is a great doctor but one of the desk ladies is the rudest person ever. First time we came she wouldnt accept my son's Medicaid and after a kid is born he has medicaid for 30 days till you can get him signed up and get his card but she still wouldnt accept it. Second visit she rolls her eyes and is rude to me because they lost my sons shot records. Again Dr.Bueno is a great doctor but someone needs to be replaced.

He is the worst pediatrician rude ... I had to cancel so on my next visit he said he wont take my daughter nomore becz i canceled omg if u have emergencies to attend hes a terrible dr bad communication

Sad, today i needed to take my baby to the doctor time 3:20pm(they close at 5:30) I asked the nurse can the doctor please do an exeption and see my baby so i dont have to take her to urgent care and pay $200. They said no, i said o can be there in 10 mints and still said no. So I went to urgent care and had to pay $$.Usually they are nice but today when i needed them, they let me down. 😢"I love the nurses, and the doctor, I would recommend them, but that day I felt let down."

He talks to fast he seems like hes always in a rush!. The wait time is longer than the actual appointment with him.
