I have been going to Dr Chappelle for over 20 years. Just came in for annual checkup and was told that I had to pay copay before seeing the Doctor??? Never had this happen before with this doctor or any other doctor... Unbelievable! Will be looking for another doctor. Also, received several text reminders about appointment, but nothing mentioned about still needing to wear a mask. Didn't know about requirements until the notice on the front door of the office??? My 16 year old was referred to Chapell Rosso for a mole that looks malignant. When I called to make an appointment, I was told that they wouldn't make one without a referral from a PCP. (Our insurance doesn't require this and we would be cash pay as they don't take out insurance, ) she also said that they had no cancellation list and couldn't work him in-even though h

Been a Patient of Dr. Chappell since I was a teenager however, Daniel in scheduling does not seem to care since I have not seen the Dr. for over 3 years. (think maybe because of covid Daniel?) She didn't even ask me for my date of birth. Her demeanor on the phone gave me the impression she did not only care but was actually wanting to switch me to different doctor. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I would have sent an email to Dr. Chappell but couldn't find it. She offered me an appointment 3 months from now. Guess I have to find another dermatologist. Good doctors nurses and staff but wait times are ridiculous if you have an appointment at 1 don’t expect to be called back at one, you won’t be called till about 1:45 make sure you don’t have plans till a while after your appointment

Not sure if I like this place or not. Called to make appointment for growth on my face and was told I need referral by someone who probably did not care if I called back. Got referral and waited for the 7-10 days they said it would take to get me scheduled. No thanks.
