Dr. Patel ordered two types of heart monitors--but I think BOTH Dr. Patel and the companies who supplied monitors knew there was no means of data transmission from the area in which I live. I am still greatly concerned about missing or stopped heart beats/flutters that are long-lasting and scary. I expect more 'CARING' about my condition, and didn't feel valued. I'll request a referral. UNTIL I SAW DR. PATEL, I DID NOT RECEIVE SPAM CALLS FRPM THE PHILIPPINES ABOUT MY HEART CONDITION. NOW, I RECEIVE CALLS ADDRESSING EVERY HEALTH CONDITION NOTED ON MY MEDICAL HISTORY. THE HOSPITAL SWEARS THAT THEY DIDN'T SELL OR SHARE THIS CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.

The staff is very friendly and for the most time the wait isn’t too long. When your sitting with elderly the wait is hard on them. Only issue I have is testing results that are faxed to the number they provide seems to never get the correct area for processing .The last two visits were much the same. We have received slips showing fax sent with time stamp.The care is good and they will answer any questions you have.
