My grandmother has been waiting for three weeks for referral to a specialist after two hospital stays, I left multiple messages for Nurse Laura and never got a call back. Finally after the specialist’s office confirmed communication hadn’t been received from Dr Kurra’s office I had to go to the office and address the issue in person. Luckily after having gotten the run around for so long, NP Evelyn was kind enough to send the documents personally.If you like being ignored, leaving messages and never getting a call back, and having to babysit your doctor’s office this is definitely the place for you.

Staff is very professional and I absolutely love her Nurse Practitioner Evelyn. She is very knowledgeable and has an amazing bedside manner. Very attentive to my questions. Would definitely recommend this medical practice.

I had a great experience. When speaking to Dr. Kurra she sounds sincere and really cares for my well being. Nurse Laura answered all my questions and had a smile on her face and she is easy to talk to.Nurse practitioner Evelyn Catungal was professional and direct. She explained everything to me in detail. I have not had any issues with their office. :)
