List of Varuna Nargunan's Reviews
This is the tworst doctor that I ever had.. I been call for 2 weeks telling the nurses that I need refills. And I have not got anything in the pharmacy yet. They told that I got to see the doctor before I get medication. But right know I got covid19. There's no way I can go in to her offices because of the covid19. Right now I'm on a ER because don't have any medication and don't want to send the medication.. its not professionally of her part.
As always, Dr. Nargunan informed me of the latest results from blood lab work done earlier in the week. She let me know that my recent weight losses are very beneficial and also informed me that my current A1C is 6.3,I believe.
My son is diabetic and medatronic fax over a prescription for his sensors and inpen and Doctor Nargunan denied it because he missed on appointment... now he doesn't have any more sensors left. What kind of doctor denies diabetic supplies over one missed appointment.. I will be looking for a another doctor .. this is ridiculous 😒
One of the most ridiculous crazy doctors. The billing practices are ridiculous- and then to deny it when I bring it up to them is absurd. To fulfill a prescription, she continuously tried to make me go through a 3rd party company. Now why do that? It turns out that none of them wanted to work with the health insurance company I had. So after 4 months of going through this with the 3rd party, it turns out all she had to do was send the prescription directly to the pharmacy. Hmm suspicious- maybe off the book payment? It's ridiculous how many HIPAA rules she violated.
Please read reviews before you schedule an appointment. She was over prescribing my mother and not checking test's until day of appointment. My mother was hospitalized for 3 day's and she did not go to the hospital and she was aware that her blood sugar dropped to 20. Office staff is the worst and very unprofessional. Need some training in work ethic as well.
Giving a 1 star because I can’t give 0 stars. Totally non-responsive to patient’s needs. Every month is an argument among her office, the pharmacy, insulin pump suppliers or the insurance. I have been an insulin dependent Type 1 diabetic since1968. Her office doles our supplies one bottle of insulin at a time. Heaven forbid one should break. One box of reservoirs and one box of infusion sets at a time.Today I called 11 times and was told to hold every time or they just did not answer. The twelfth time I got through. They said they would have the nurse call me back. No call. I called back a little before three and got the answering service. They were closed for the day. This is not the first time.I will be searching for a new doctor.
Worst attention review before you go
She just give you like 30 secons visit. She is always in hurry up.
My appointment was cut off after 6 minutes & she is not interested in helping you be at your best health, doesn’t have a clear understanding of proper thyroid function or necessary testing.
Not very responsive to thyroid prescription refills. Have to call them after several attempts from the pharmacy and then when we do speak to them we get told not to wait so long, really not good being without medications for 2weeks when they were requested 2weeks before we ran out of them

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
