Very good doctor!!!

Husband and wife practice, both Drs. Agusala are amazing! They really care about their patients, and treat patients like family. They are extremely hardworking, patient, and diligent. Every time I come in, I am greeted by Dr. Agusala's smile and sunny personality. Their examination and explanation of every step shows that they want the patient to understand what's happening, in contrast with other doctors who just rush through. If there is ever any logistical issues, they are gracious, quick to respond and correct any issues. Bottom line, they are great physicians, both clinically and personally. I would 100% recommend that anyone who needs either primary care or a cardiologist go to them!

Dr. Agusala has been the BEST!!! I have been blessed to have had her as my doctor for so many years I can't remember when. The business ethics are the highest. She has a wonderful bedside manner, As a person she is ABSOLUTELY the most caring Dr. I have ever had. I do recommend her with 5 stars and more!!! Sadly I am moving out of town and will not be able to be treated there,but to anyone searching, your search is over!

It takes about six weeks to stay sick before she thinks about giving you a shot. I have to go to another doctor to get what I need every time, and spend more money out of my own pocket because my insurance is HMO Plus. I wish I could get PPO but that isn’t an option for me. Anyway I’ll find out from another doctor I have strep throat that she failed to uncover. I don’t know why I come here in the first place.

Husband and wife practice.  They took over practice for Dr. Perlman.  I've used this physician for over 15 years but have had the most issues with getting things done after the visit over the course of the last year.  I can't ever get them to call in prescriptions they require me to take timely.  My husband was prescribed antibiotics, however, by the time they called it in,  he didn't need them anymore.  Referrals takes weeks and the excuse I get each time?  They are short handed. This is the second time I've made it to the scheduled appt and had to leave because the referral was not called in.  This latest one... I've been waiting for a week and a half.  Spoke to the dr himself who also said would get done but hasn't.  Last info received... it will get IDone today.   They continue to see patients but fail to follow through on patient care after the visit.  I do not recommend anyone going to see these physicians. They have no control over staff or office process.  I've requested to speak with an office manager and all I get is that he is out of the office and will not be in until Friday.   I will be switching my primary care physician.

I will not recommend her. Although she was very nice and seemed careing,with excellent bedside manner plus she had my trust but she broke that after she put me on a major med for something huge I later (second opinion)found out I never had. She also sent me for tests then made me believe it was something that it wasnt; and told me to let her take care of it not my regular Dr. She had me turned into a wreck with high blood preasure and full of needless stress & worry for nothing but made me think it was something to worry about. This was not by accident so it makes me wonder for what? I will never use her again. But I wish her well

Dr. Agusala is a caring professional who takes the time to get to know you and is more than willing to answer any questions about her treatment and prescritions. She took over practice in the office of a Dr who specialized in diabetic medicine. Though she is not board certified in diabetic care, she is knowledgeable. More importantly to me, she provides information on her treatment freely, something that was very lacking in my previous doctor. I recommend her highly.
