Dr. Agusala has been the BEST!!! I have been blessed to have had her as my doctor for so many years I can't remember when. The business ethics are the highest. She has a wonderful bedside manner, As a person she is ABSOLUTELY the most caring Dr. I have ever had. I do recommend her with 5 stars and more!!! Sadly I am moving out of town and will not be able to be treated there,but to anyone searching, your search is over!

It takes about six weeks to stay sick before she thinks about giving you a shot. I have to go to another doctor to get what I need every time, and spend more money out of my own pocket because my insurance is HMO Plus. I wish I could get PPO but that isn’t an option for me. Anyway I’ll find out from another doctor I have strep throat that she failed to uncover. I don’t know why I come here in the first place.

Dr. V is wonderful. So sad that I will be changing doctor because of the poorest staff I have ever had to deal with. Dr. V and her equally great husband will lose patients.

The staff is over worked. They have very bad inter office communication and messages are lost or not sent to the correct person. Follow up phone calls to answer questions generally do not come. They will tell you that staff will make appointments and call you with the,but again they never follow through. Expect very very long wait times both in the waiting room and in the exam room. I am talking several hours in the waiting room and at least another hour in the exam room. I once spent from 8:30 am until 7:15 pm there waiting for the doctor. Dr. V is very compassionate and through. She seems to genuinely care about her patients. However, even though I loved Dr. V. Agusala I switched doctors due to a very lousy support staff, very poor communication through out the entire practice and extremely long wait times.

I will not recommend her. Although she was very nice and seemed careing,with excellent bedside manner plus she had my trust but she broke that after she put me on a major med for something huge I later (second opinion)found out I never had. She also sent me for tests then made me believe it was something that it wasnt; and told me to let her take care of it not my regular Dr. She had me turned into a wreck with high blood preasure and full of needless stress & worry for nothing but made me think it was something to worry about. This was not by accident so it makes me wonder for what? I will never use her again. But I wish her well
