Urgent Care experience was great. They are very organized and a very friendly staff.

I’m not sure why this place has such low ratings. I have gone multiple times including during the Covid lockdown. They tested me in my car and with negative results addressed my issues (bronchitis and sinusitis). Office staff has always been so polite and the PA was efficient and nice. I went today because I’ve had the flu and still can’t breathe. The wait wasn’t long, staff was helpful and Rebecca, the PA listened to me explain what was going on and discussed my symptoms. She called in meds as soon as she left the room. For two years I’ve always gotten great results!

Left my hometown and headed to this facility. Arrived at 5:20. Hours of operation are clearly marked on the door open till 7. With no other option I went to the ER. Where there there were 50 people waiting. The receptionist at the ER said the Urgent Care stops talking patients at 4:30. Never again!

The initial appointment was good. Staff was friendly. A MRI was ordered and my insurance required a Peer to Peer for authorization. The Doctor refused to do so causing me to essentially waste my 75 copay and I’m having to start all over while suffering from my injury. I have waited a week and the manager has yet to call me back.

Wouldn't return here. I went in with severe back pain and all they did was give me one day off work and tell me to ice. The PA who saw me didn't even return after my x-rays to tell me, she sent a csa or a clerk in scrubs to tell me they couldn't help.

They refused to test me for covid. There was no line and no one waiting.

Whatever you do, do not go to this clinic expecting to be seen for urgent care issues. They will refuse to see you! I went in on Wednesday hoping to get some medicine to get me by until I could make my dr appointment on Monday. I do not have insurance and wanted to avoid the ER. I walked in and before I could even get to the counter, the lady, sounding aggravated, asked what I needed. I explained my issue was severe stomach problems and asked to be seen through their urgent care. The lady shook her head and said it was a Covid symptom and I would need to be tested and they did not have any appointments for that day. I told her it was not Covid (I had tested negative with at home kit). She would not even let me finish explaining this before she literally laughed in my face. I was shocked and full of disbelief. Why is everything blamed on Covid? There are other issues that causes severe, persistent diarrhea besides Covid. I have no other Covid symptoms and know for a fact it wasn’t/isn’t Covid. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. If you need to be seen for something that is not Covid related, please do not attempt to go here.

My husband and I were experiencing COVID symptoms so we decided to have tests taken at Baylor Spine and Joint Hospital Urgent Care of Palestine. I have to say that this was the most professional and expedited experience I have had. The staff was extremely proficient and helpful. Dr.Shuptrine was informative and knowledgeable regarding the process of testing. As unpleasant as the test itself is, Dr.Shuptrine was as gentle as she could be and that was much appreciated. I would also like to recognize the other employees that were extremely helpful during our visit. Debbie was communicative and diligent and Trinka was accommodating and very friendly. Overall a very good experience under the circumstances. Kudos to the staff! Your professionalism and courtesy are above and beyond. Thank you again!

My husband went up there because he was running fever and was told it was covid and that's what they tested him for. Turns out it was bronchitis😠 this clinic are useless anymore because all they assume you have is covid. I guess all the other virus had disappeared all except covid 😑🤬
