List of Brandy Ricard's Reviews
Dr. Ricard is a good doctor- -but some of her STAFF is another story. I told the young girl behind the counter I was VERY hard of hearing and I read lips- -so instead of the girl writing things done since she had a mask on, she YELLS very loudly so everyone in the room knew our conversation about MY business- -how immature can one get? A lady that was in the room told me she yelled very loudly- -that is how I knew.
Dr Ricard, Stephanie, and the whole staff at her practice are always welcoming and friendly. They have always taken the time to explain things to me, whether its a new medication or medical issue. Dr Ricard has saved my life more than once with quick diagnosis and treatment. May 2, 2018 she and Stephanie diagnosed me with AML. The following day May 3, 2018 she had me scheduled for my first oncology appointment in Dallas and I actually received my first chemo that evening. My oncologist said those quick actions saved my life because my AML was advanced. I am BLESSED to have her as my Doctor.
Always the best, takes her time and doesn't rush you.
Terrible office and she doesn’t care about my concerns at all about my baby who isn’t even 1 yet. She circumcised him and didn’t realize he wasn’t all the way circumcised until he was 6 months old... she pulled his skin back and made him bleed!! Hard to get an appointment and the nurses station won’t ever call me back!!! Out of the three different times I’ve called I’ve received 0 calls back!! I don’t like Stephane because she made my son cry the whole time he was around her so I kinda refuse to see her and now my son has an ear infection and needs a follow up appointment and I can’t get one for a month and a half.... spent 20 minutes on hold for them to tell me!! The office lady’s are so rude!! Just so over it!! Your also very rushed... Brandy pops in to say hi and bye!
I am very happy with dr. Ricard and Stephanie Lufsey. It is the office staff that has my blood boiling. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday. I drove 30 minutes to show up for the appointment just to get told that there was no doctor there that day, and that they would have to reschedule me. When I asked why they didn’t call me, they said they tried to call me. I found out they were calling an old number that I haven’t had in 7 years! I have no idea why they had me fill out the new patient forms and write all my contact info down over and over on multiple pages if they weren’t going to store it in their system. So then they wanted to reschedule me for Tuesday, but I told them I can’t, because my sister would be visiting. She said they would have to call me to reschedule later. I received an automated call over the weekend saying that my son has an appointment Tuesday (the day I told her I couldn’t come). However, my sister ended up not being able to come visit, so I decided to go ahead and take him Tuesday. I tried calling the office Monday to verify his appointment, but since it was Memorial Day, no one answered the phone. So Tuesday after getting up early and getting me and my son ready, I called the office to verify his appointment before I come. I wanted to make sure he actually had an appointment that day and that there would actually be a doctor there before I wasted my gas AGAIN. No one answered the phone. I was listening to the “on hold music” for 10 minutes before I finally hung up. I tried calling the “on call” number, and then calling the office again. I finally got ahold of someone, who transferred me, and by then, it was too late to make it to the appointment. I spoke with a woman named Judy and explained to her all I’ve been through, who told me, “this is the second appointment you have missed, and now we’re having to reschedule a third one after being a no-call no-show...” I’ve seen the sign in the office that says you have to cancel your appointments in advance or else you’ll be charged, so I interrupted her telling her again how it was their fault. She kept cutting me off while I was trying to talk and explain the situation, and kept telling me, “Dr. Ricard doesn’t like missed appointments because this is his one month checkup, and he’s already 6 weeks, and by the tine he can be seen, he’ll already be 7 weeks....and you’re supposed to call a day in advance.” I told her I did try to call yesterday, but no one Answered the phone because it was Memorial Day! Then she tried to say, “well you should have called first thing this morning...” I told her I did, but no one answered the phone! I asked to speak to the supervisor, and was told she was on the phone. I left a message for her to call me, so we’ll see if that happens. Also, while talking to Judy, she had hung up on me. When I tried calling back, the phone wouldn’t even ring. I just got dead air. This happened several times. So then I had tried using different extensions where the phone would just ring and I would get voicemail. I finally found an extension that worked and Judy answered again.
The staff and atmosphere here is great and Dr. Ricard is so caring and compassionate!!
We have had a great experience with Dr Ricard. When we get to see her. I know she is busy, but for the most part she has actually saw my daughter 1 time in 3 years. When we do see her she is great, and her nurse practitioner Tim is great too. Now the Tennessee Colony Clinic. She is snooty, and makes you feel rushed. I don't care how old my children are "14" I need to talk to you about her illness. And I need you to look at me and listen.
Great staff (Tim is incredible). Entire office staff are far and above the very best! Highly recommend.
Love Dr. Ricard, Stephanie, and the whole team! They take time and care! I would recommend giving them a try! Super knowledgeable and know what they are doing! I cannot say enough good things about everyone here! Just amazing!
I really enjoyed seeing her. She took time to explain to me how and what I need to do to get better. Her nurse was very helpful and super friendly. I think I just found my new family doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
