2011 Dr.Gold performed cataract surgery on my left eye, as a result my vision was worse than before surgery. After over a year of trying to convince anyone at this office that I had a problem and could not see, Dr. Gold agreed to do an E test and found out the severity of the difference. He then offered, at no charge, to redo the surgery. I was hopeful. Unfortunately, I am now legally blind in my left eye. Before the 2nd surgery, Dr. G said he thought the numbers weren't right, however continued with the surgery. I've been told, Gold's office did not take into consideration that I had Lasik surgery and that a different formula needs to be used when doing cataract surgery on a Lasik patient. Dr. Gold was well aware I'd had Lasik surgery in 1996. The atmosphere at Gold Eye Clinic is they are in power, they are the eye gods and dare not question this authority.

The Yag laser performed by Dr. Gold caused me to have detached retina. He performed the laser procedure as he stated "longer than expected" and now I have to live a whole entire life seeing rainbow effects and shadows for the rest of my life and I don't know how Daniel Gold can sleep at night to be honest, but who cares when the money is good on his end. A costly mistake on my end all because of the extended use of Yag. Multiple medical sources back me up with this sad outcome.

DR. Gold totally screwed my eyes up after having cataract surgery-now I am seeing double-no help from DR. GOLD-WISH I WOULD HAVE NEVER SEEN HIM-didn't even try to help now I have to find another specialist to fix his mess. Seeing double and when driving the road markers curve all over the place-BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR EYES

My father had his first consultation with the doctor. He will have cataract surgery on both eyes soon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My father and mother both liked the doctor. He made them feel comfortable with the procedure.

Disgusting..i would not tecomend to any one..nevet been tteated like this before..by the dr.

Hard to get an appt. Plan on being there a minimum of 2 hours and maybe longer. You'll see about 4 other people before he even enters the room. Won't go back.
