Dr Hensen is truly the best. He has patience with the kids, very laid back, and listens to you as a parent. Thank goodness we have a wonderful ENT Dr in palestine. My granddaughter loves him and we as we as a family feel the same way. He is just a great person besides being a dr, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The office staff is amazing.

Great doctor and staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Hensen is very personable and down to earth; spends lots of time listening and answering questions, which is extremely comforting when it comes to health care. I highly recommend.

Dr Henson is the absolute best ear nose and throat specialist in Texas I think. He is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. I often get wax buildup in my ears mainly my left ear and I can't hear when I have a lot of wax in my ears. And Dr.Henson has the best machine that he uses in order to remove the wax from my ears. Its not like a local doctor's office that uses water to clean wax from ears,its like a vacuum hose and it's much better than water to me,as water takes a little longer to dry out of your ears and thus I prefer the vacuum and it gets more wax out than water. Also,everyone is very nice and caring about you in your health care. And Dr.henson has a wide range of vocabulary when he speaks with you and is very interesting to talk with. He has a good sense of humor and he puts you at ease. He is also not afraid of germs like most doctors are,which is a good thing because when doctors are so scared of a form that they don't want to touch anything or get near you,that to me is very rude and actually it is dumb as I have studied germs and nursing and so I understand germs and I don't have a fear of them just a respectful view of them.Dr.Henson is great and his staff is also very friendly I enjoy the lady who gives the hearing tests she is very kind and fun to be around. I'd reccomend this doctor to any one who has ear nose or throat problems. He can get you fixed up and make your day brighter with his kind personality and humorous ways.
