I met Dr Kelly a few months ago at Palestine Hospital. My blood pressure was out of control and he started treating me. He's very nice and polite and will answer any question that you might have. My blood pressure has being doing great. I highly recommend him. Also, his staff at the office are really great too. Best of thanks to them.

Dr. Kelly is a wonderful provider. I have many medical issues that he addressed right away and referred me to specialists who can help manage my serious medical condition. The office staffs are so friendly, professional and very helpful. I think I found the doctor that is kind and patient enough to take care of my many medical issues. And because he is so pupular, it is very hard to get an appointment so I try to book mine earlier.

Dr. Kelly is a knowledgeable provider and I am very pleased with him however I am completely dissatisified with the way the office is run. I had an urgent need and was told by the staff that the only opening they had was a week from that day and that they were double booked for the next two weeks. Every visit I've had with Dr. Kelly, I've had to wait for 2 hours or more, never less than that. This is completely unacceptable! I am so frustrated! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!
