I absolutely love Dr. Brown & recommend him to anyone i know looking for a primary care physician :) he is the best!
He has been our family doctor for over 30 years. Enough said...
Dr. Brown is an amazing doctor who is very caring. He takes his time with you, but I have never had to wait longer than five minutes for an appointment. He is our family doctor and has taken care of parents down to newborns. We are very lucky to have him.
friendly staff. great follow-up . . . they called me! love the walk-in hours
pleased with encounter. will use again when needed.
Quick in and out. Pleasant doc & staff. Even a follow up call. No complaints at all.
Walked in and seen immediately. Got lab, X-ray, and even CAT scan done, and results back before I left the building that morning. Feeling better by that evening. I felt horrible, but couldn't have asked for better service. So much better than an ER visit, which was really my only other option. Even got a follow up call the next day. KUDO's
Great family doctor, recommend him if you’re looking for a doctor.
I've been seeing Dr Brown since arriving in Texas over 15 years ago. In the past, he gave me a physical, and did refer me to several good doctors who helped me (a lot) with a hernia, kidney stones (left kidney), AND Hepatitis C.More recently (March. 2014) when I went to him for blood in my urine. He ordered a CT scan (with contrast). After this, I had problems urinating for about 18 hours. It turns out... Using contrast for kidney stones doesn't work. I'm NOT a doctor but, from my understanding... A calcium stone will NOT show up when this is done.I was told by his Urologist that "I had NO kidney stones", and to drink more water. This seemed to help, but as time went on, I was experiencing A LOT of discomfort in my right abdomen. It got to the point that I suffered nausea, was vomiting, and had cold sweats (almost passed out from the PAIN). I thought I was going to and would have proffered to die. Finally after over a year of suffering... I went to a walk in clinic where they took a urine sample and found blood, AND bacteria. I was treated with antibiotics for infection and released. The pain was reduced in only 5 hours. Why did I listen to these guys for so long???Seems to me that if this could be properly diagnose at a walk in clinic so quickly… Dr Brown, or his associates should have found it as well. Whatever…I now have a NEW doctor. One who listens to, and CARES about their patients.Today we'll be doing a sonogram of my right abdomen to see if there ARE any kidney stones in my right kidney (or?).I’ll NOT be going back to see Dr Brown in the future.Update to this review: Turns out that there was a 2 cm stone in my right kidney after all. This what was causing the pain. I had to go to Corsicana to get a urologist to perform Shock Wave Lithotrypsy in order to get it out.
If I could give it no stars I would. This doctor is one of the worst and he has no manners. I would choose a different doctor then go to him.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
