I had a very disappointing experience at Rodeo Dental in Palmhurst. During one of my recent appointments, I wasn’t given numbing gel before the anesthetic injection, which made the shot much more painful than it needed to be. The dentist also seemed unfamiliar with my previous treatments and even asked if I had been numbed before—something they should already know by checking my chart. The entire visit felt rushed. After my filling, the dentist barely checked my bite and relied on me to confirm if it was okay instead of verifying it properly. On top of that, the flossing was extremely aggressive and painful, leaving my gums sore. Since the visit, I’ve had ongoing sensitivity and pressure when chewing on the treated tooth. I expected more professionalism and care. Sadly, this experience left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my visit.

My daughter just had her wisdom teeth pulled out. The staff working on Friday July 11 were very informative on the procedure providing all information needed. Giselle has been following up on her recovery as she heals. The surgery was swift. Thank you 🙏🏼

I really love the care they give the patients at Rodeo Dental in Palmhurst. They are very attentive and genuinely care for everyone! I want to give a special thank you to Giselle! She is truly an amazing and caring person and goes above and beyond to help her patients. She helped me with two patients I had to care for at a time and I didn’t know nothing or what to expect. She kept me calm and always assured me very thing was ok. Thank you for your patience with me and for your support! This is the best place to take your children and I will always continue too because they have best staff!
