Absolutely awful. Rude front office staff And don't answer their phones...the comments saying Dr Nguyen is nice yeah that's true but he dont come to this location ever so your stuck seeing New NP all the time. Dont waste your time here!

People don't have time to wait 1hr or more in just a waiting room to get called to a room and wait 45 min to get prescribed something. Way to slow.

Office never answers the phone, and they can't even handle the simple task of filing an insurance claim

They are understaffed so get ready to hear the phone ring and ring if you call. I had to call multiple times just to get someone on the phone. One call I was on hold for over 20 minutes. The NP I finally talked to was rude and condescending. Don't waste your time here.

Dr. Nguyen has been my PCP for some years now. He's very professional, explains things so I understand completely regarding my medical care. He is just wonderful.

The staff is rude - extremely rude and disorganized. I ended up changing doctors just because of is staff and their inability to communicate with other offices and get things taken care of. Its ridiculous!!

My daughter out in an appt with his office because she's was new to Pampa and they accepted her. Then when they read her list if 20 some meds they told her she had to see someone else. She is handicap and is almost 36 years old can't walk has 6 slipped disc and also told the lady she had cellulitis and that she needed a doc instead of always going to the er. Well today her vitals crashed and is in Amarillo BSA because they told her we know the likes of you. The two nurses said more then this

I was traveling and became ill. I was nervous coming to a small town hospital. Dr. Nguyen made me feel like I was in such good and caring hands. He listened to me. He really made me feel like he cared. He explained to me in terms that were understandable. He followed up on his rounds with me at the time he said he would. I felt I was in such knowledgeable hands. I am from a big city with renowned hospitals and doctors, they have nothing on Dr. Giang.
